Pre-Ballet in English for Young Children – Berlin Prenzlauer Berg
Class Description
In this introduction to the fundamentals of dance, young children learn basic ballet steps while developing balance, coordination, and confidence. To keep the children's imaginations engaged and help develop English skills, many exercises use stories, songs and images. Let your child become a fairy, a dinosaur, a swan, or a butterfly while learning the basics of ballet!
Level Requirements
For this class children should be at least 4 years old and ready to join the class alone. No previous ballet experience required. If you're not sure if your child will enjoy this workshop, please come to a trial session in one of our weekly classes. (Three year olds who join our classes regularly are welcome to join)
What to Wear & What to Bring
For ballet classes, we recommend a leotard, ballet tights, soft ballet slippers and hair in a bun or ponytail. Please bring a water bottle.

It should be understood that the workshop requires a minimum number of participants. If the registration list does not meet the minimum number of participants required, the workshop will not happen and your payment will be refunded. Typically, we will confirm the workshop one week before. If you need the confirmation earlier, please send us an email.
