Our classes have a dress code to ensure safety. Don’t worry—you won’t need to follow it for your trial class. However, please take a look at the requirements so you can choose something similar and so you're prepared for future sessions.

Young Children | 3-7 years
Acrobatics Classes for Kids | 8-10 years
Want to master handstands or learn a backward flip? Join our fun, structured acrobatics classes for children. We work on skills like cartwheels, rolls, round-offs, bridges, walkovers, and progress to aerials and handsprings, tailored to each child’s level. Kids will boost coordination, flexibility, balance, and concentration in a non-competitive, supportive environment. No prior training required!
Acrobatics Classes for Kids | 10-13 years
Join our energetic and structured acrobatics class! Depending on your skill level, we’ll work on cartwheels, rolls, round-offs, handstands, walkovers, aerials, and handsprings. Each session begins with a cardio warm-up followed by strength and flexibility training, focusing on balancing and traveling acrobatic tricks. Enjoy a supportive, non-competitive environment where you can develop and advance your skills!
*Level Requirements: A basic understanding of acrobatic skills is needed, including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges. If you’re not there yet, check out our class for ages 8-10.

Join our energetic and structured acrobatics class! Depending on your skill level, we’ll work on cartwheels, rolls, round-offs, handstands, walkovers, aerials, and handsprings. Each session begins with a cardio warm-up followed by strength and flexibility training, focusing on balancing and traveling acrobatic tricks. Enjoy a supportive, non-competitive environment where you can develop and advance your skills!
*Level Requirements: An intermediate-level understanding of acrobatic skills is required, such as rolls, handstands, cartwheel variations, bridges from standing, and front and back walkovers. This course is our highest level available. It should be understood that this class is not for beginner level acrobats.
