Starting Ballet as an Adult: Introduction to Ballet Workshops

Beginner Ballet students in bright ballet studio

If you’ve always wanted to try ballet but have never had the chance, our 6-hour Introduction to Ballet is the perfect place to start. Together, we’ll focus on posture and correct placement of your feet, legs, hips, spine, shoulders, and arms, helping you train efficiently and reduce the risk of injury. You’ll learn essential ballet vocabulary, positions, and basic steps and jumps, with classes including basic barre and center work.

By the end of this course, you’ll feel prepared and confident to join our “Ballet Beginners Level 1” classes.

Workshops are scheduled regularly, each totaling 6 hours. Some are spread over 6 weeks, while others are condensed into a single weekend. Choose the option that suits you best!
